- To refresh your knowledge in relation to recognising, responding and reporting.
CONTENT
- The expected standards of performance in Safeguarding Children within the Catholic Church in Ireland.
- Creating a common understanding of how to safeguard children and develop best practice arrangements across all aspects of work and contact with Children and Young People.
- Recognising, responding and procedures for reporting a concern in relation to a Child or Young Person.
- Working safely with Children and Young People.
- The National Standards for Safeguarding Children in the Catholic Church in Ireland.
- ACE’s awareness.
SESSION TIMES/LOCATIONS
The training will be in Belfast. The venue is St John’s Parish Hall, Falls Rd, Belfast
This session is a evening session which starts at 7:00pm and will last no longer than 3 hours.
