Complete the booking form. Please be as accurate as possible, as the details submitted on the form will be used for issuing your certificate and updating our databases.
We would suggest that you register your place as soon as possible as places are allocated on a first come first serve basis.
If you have registered for a course, and for some reason, you can no longer attend, please advise the safeguarding Office as soon as possible so that your place can be allocated to someone else.
