This training is for anyone who has already completed the full day/2 evening sessions of the Child Level 2 Safeguarding training 3 years or more ago and needs a refresher session.

This session starts at 7pm and  will last no longer than 3 hours.

This is a face to face session is taking place in St Mary’s on the Hill Pastoral Centre, Glengormley

This evening session is for all Church staff/volunteers who are required to abide by “Good Safeguarding Practice”.

The course content includes;

• Legal context of Safeguarding Children
• What is meant by Child Abuse and types of abuse
• Signs and Indicators
• Responding and Reporting and who to report to
• Codes of Conduct for staff/volunteers working with children
• ACE’s awareness

This session starts at 7:00pm & the duration is approximately 3 hours
